We will take you through a strength test to evaluate your strength capabilities before developing a customized training plan based on your individual goals. Our Coaches have many years’ experience across a diverse range of fitness areas, including personal training for a variety of clients. They are dedicated and passionate about the fitness industry, and as well as being industry qualified, many of them also present at national and international fitness conventions, and write for reputable fitness resources.
To achieve optimal results, your progress must be tracked and measured. You’ll also gain a thorough understanding of the science behind good effective exercise prescription, and how, through the development of great people skills, you can effectively communicate, motivate and instruct others.
